Ordering

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed as soon as you receive our confirmation email. Until then, items in your basket aren’t reserved.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely with: Visa, Mastercard (incl. Maestro), American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We charge your card securely when you complete your order.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?

We ship your order as quickly as we can. Most UK deliveries take 7–12 days (calendar days). The times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We’re a small team and handle every order with care — so your padel gear lands with you just right.

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For orders under £120, standard UK delivery is £4.95. Spend over £120 and your shipping is on us.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?

Yes! You have 14 days from delivery to let us know. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, just email us at support@racquetofficial.com.

When do I get my money back?

Refunds will be processed once your return has arrived at our fulfilment centre and undergone inspection. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

What if my product is damaged or not working properly?

If your product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please email us straight away at support@racquetofficial.com.Include your order number and a short description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Anything I can’t return?

To keep things fair and fresh for everyone, we can’t accept returns of opened grip packs, used grip sprays, or any other items that have been opened or used.
