We hope you love your Racquet gear as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, no stress — we’ll help you sort it. Please check the details below before sending anything back.

Before making a return, drop us an email at support@racquetofficial.com. We’ll guide you through the process and share the right instructions so it’s quick and easy.
Return period
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know if you’d like to return an item.
After that, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation) is required.
Exclusions
We can’t accept returns for:
- Opened grips or grip sprays.
- Personalised or customised products.
- Used sporting gear that cannot be resold.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our fulfilment centre, we’ll inspect it. Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few days before the amount shows in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if an item is defective or damaged. Email us at support@racquetofficial.com and we’ll make sure it gets fixed.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For items over £75, we recommend a tracked service or insurance. Without tracking, we can’t guarantee your item will reach us.
